Keith Haring

He had a spring in his step and wanted to move around his studio. The bike, a hansome bike, anchored him for a moment. But not for long - he soon began riding it. And then he was gone.

  1. Mr. Haring has to love this work of art. It is an amazing shot. The colors on his bike, his pants and the wall work perfectly together and I love his Jimmy Stewart expression and strong arms.

  2. Beautifully composed shot. Very angular- not unlike much of Haring's own work. His studio was literally just a block away from Tower, where I'd often see him shopping for cassettes. Like David Byrne, he was a complete spas who simply couldn't stand still.
