Monica, Mania and Michael

Monica was delighted at the thought of having her picture taken. I explained that I had been photographing Newburgh for the last fifteen years for a book. I pointed to a wall and asked her to stand in front of it. She shuddered when she saw the name ........ Gang scrawled on the wall. "I don't want to be affiliated with them," she said. "Stand away from the wall and you will cover it," I replied. After I had done the two of them together I asked Monica if I could take her alone. She released Mania without a qualm and posed by herself. Mania stood riveted by the dog and the camera's click and whir. Here are the two pictures.
